Sketching Services Offered

Floor plan Sketch:  In a floor plan sketch the exterior is measured and all interior walls are shown. Extra features such as sinks, kitchen countertops, showers, doors, windows, and fireplaces can be shown depending on your needs.  No measurements are included on the sketch. Possible uses for this sketch can be for: home improvements, realtor listings, virtual tour, etc. 

Photo's of rooms can be included for an additional fee.

 Tools Used In The Process:

All Sketches and Measurements are completed using Disto Laser Measuring tool, in accompaniment with or without a tape measure. Apex Sketch software is used to create a digital image and can be submitted to you in .jpg or .bmp as image files or adobe .pdf files by email.. 

Photographs will be taken using a 5mp+ digital camera.
